BAPTISIM - COMMISSION
We believe that Baptism is the complete immersion
of the saved into water to show a death to self and a raising the individual
into a new life to following Christ as master of their discipleship lives. We
believe this testimony of the professed believer is the outward show of their
inward covenant with their Saviour. Baptism is authorized to the “Man of God”
through the earthly ministry of Christ, and is only scriptural when preformed
by a “Man of God” that has surrendered to the calling of the Holy Spirit to
serve the Lord in one of the offices of His Church, (ELDER – Apostle, Prophet,
Evangelist, and Pastor). (Acts 2:38-41, 47; Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 8:36-40;
10:47; 18:8; Romans 6:3-4; I Corinthians 12:13; Acts 8:36-39; Matthew 3:16;
Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:41-42)
We believe that it is the commission of the
Disciples of Christ and all that are saved through his blood to proclaim His
gospel and be witnesses of His salvation and forgiveness in our homes, work
places, neighborhoods, and every person Christ brings into our lives.

Baptized, and in Good fellowship with a local New Testament Church of our Lord
Jesus the Christ should partake in this symbol of Christ’s sacrifice for our
